- Heavy duty main frame and all supporting structural members.
- El-Jay - Cedarapids screen in sizes varying 3' X 6' to 7' X 24' in configurations to suit the customer's needs.
- Single deck, double deck or three deck screens are available.
- Under-screen discharge conveyors designed for machine output.
- Reversible cross discharge conveyors designed for requirements.
- Chutes where or if required - lined as per needs.
- Under screen hopper with flashing to the belt and lined if required.
- All required flashing to prevent product "leaks".
- Access ladder, walkways, toe board and hand rails/chains on three sides of the screen.

- Water manifold fitted with stop-cocks and hoses leading to all wash cross bars.

- Under screen sand screw washer sized for required output.
- Required cross discharge chutes - suitably lined.
- Access ladder, walkways, toe board and hand rails/chains on three sides of the screen.
- Left hand or right hand screen drive motors.

Mormak's custom built power control vans are fitted with all necessary switch gear to suit any configuration of crushing spread. These portable control vans are designed for either diesel driven generator sets or for main line hook up. A 1,400 gallon fuel tank with a 12 volt fuel pump could be included and would be fitted under the van. A dividing partition wall is fitted inside the van with a main door that separates the gen-set compartment from the switch gear area.

Hydraulically operated raise and lower control towers give excellent visibility over the entire equipment spread and site area, and may be fitted inside the vans. Included in the control towers are all the necessary control switches for running all aspects of the crushing spread. These control towers come with air conditioning and heating units for operator comfort. Access and egress is available from inside the vans as well as from the control van roof. An emergency ladder from the roof to the ground is also fitted to the side of the vans.
